These terms apply to your use of this website and your purchase of any guide from Smeets Sales & Media. By buying or using our content, you agree to them.
Our guides are digital products, delivered as downloadable PDF files. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use them for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share them publicly.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. Any applicable taxes (such as GST) are handled in accordance with that provider's arrangements at checkout.
Access is provided immediately after your payment is confirmed, by download and/or an access link sent to your email. If you don't receive access, contact letters@stephencaldicott.com and we'll put it right.
