Within 30 days of your purchase, reply to your receipt email, or write to letters@stephencaldicott.com with the email address you used to buy. You don't need to give a reason. We'll process your refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our digital products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded — if a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the 30-day period above.
